Green Corp Group Pty. Ltd. (“Plantmark”) respects your privacy and we are committed to protecting it.
This Privacy Policy sets out the processes and procedures which Plantmark will follow in relation to the treatment of personal information. It includes information on how Plantmark collects, uses, discloses and secures customer’s personal information. This policy also includes information about your right to access and correct your personal information that we hold.
This policy has been drafted having regard to Plantmark's obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 and the National Privacy Principles (the Privacy Act). This Policy is a public document and has been prepared in light of National Privacy Principle 5, Openness.

2.         What kinds of information does Plantmark collect about you?
There are two types of information we collect about you:

Personal information
Personal information is information that is capable of identifying you.   The personal information we collect is generated from the personal details you have chosen to provide to Plantmark.  Generally, you will only provide your personal information to us when you apply for membership with Plantmark or where you are purchasing goods.
The accuracy of the information you provide to Plantmark is outside of Plantmark’s control. Plantmark’s online forms are enabled with field verification technology, which is only used to validate the format of the data provided. Field verification technology cannot validate the accuracy of the data provided.
Plantmark understands that many people choose to create an alias as a means of identification when it comes to subscribing to particular types of membership. Plantmark will continue to refer to you by the name or alias that you have chosen, for as long as you choose not to update your personal profile.

Non-personal information
Unless you choose to give your personal information to us, Plantmark only stores statistical information on you.  This non-personal information is associated with usage and service operation but is not capable of identifying you. Plantmark collects and analyses non-personal information to measure the number of visitors to different sections of our website and to evaluate how visitors use our website, thus assisting us in making our website more useful to users. Non-personal information collected may include the pages visited on www.plantmark.com.au, unique URL's visited within plantmark.com.au, browser type, IP address and other generic measures of user activity.

3.         Collecting personal information about you
When you engage in certain activities on the Plantmark website, Plantmark may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. Compliance with this request is optional (except in the case of purchasing goods, where supply of personal information is mandatory to complete transaction), as is the level in which you may choose to participate in any market research surveys available within our website.
Plantmark does not collect information about you from other organisations or from websites outside of the Plantmark website.
Plantmark membership
Plantmark offers a more rewarding and personalised customer experience for its Members.
