Q: Can I buy plants if I am not a landscaper?
A: As we are strictly a trade-only business, only Plantmark Registered Trade Customers can purchase products. To qualify as a Registered Customer your business must be within the landscape, horticultural, development, local government or retail nursery industries.
Q: How do I register as a Plantmark Customer?
A: Simply download our Customer Registration Pack and fill in all forms and return originals to Plantmark. We will then process your application and contact you to let you know.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Absolutely. If you do not have time to visit a Plantmark SELECT Market, simply call Plantmark DIRECT on 1300 787 401 and tell us your requirements. We can then quote on supplying plants and delivery charges.
Q: How do I know if you have a specific plant available at a specific Plantmark SELECT Market?
A: That’s easy! Go to the Plants & Products section on the website and type in the plant species and choose the preferred Plantmark location you are looking for. A list will appear showing availability.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Bank Card. Of course you can also pay by cash or eftpos (and cheque for approved customers).
Q: Do you only sell plants?
A: No, we have a huge range of garden and landscape products, including stakes, ties, fertiliser, mulches, water saving solutions, pest control, landscape tools, pots, garden ornaments and much more.
